Serves 1 person
Ingredients:
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 ripen Banana
- 4-5 walnut halves
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder for sprinkling (optional)
Recipe:
- In a smoothie maker or blander add all the ingredients.
- bland it well for 2 to 3 minutes with breaks in between to avoid over heating the machine.
- Bland it till there are no bits of walnut.
- Pour in a large glass and enjoy!
