Banana and Walnut Milkshake

Serves 1 person

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1 ripen Banana
  • 4-5 walnut halves
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder for sprinkling (optional)

Recipe:

  • In a smoothie maker or blander add all the ingredients.
  • bland it well for 2 to 3 minutes with breaks in between to avoid over heating the machine.
  • Bland it till there are no bits of walnut.
  • Pour in a large glass and enjoy!
