Dry Salmon Curry

Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp garlic paste

1/4 tsp turmeric

1 tsp cumin and coriander powder

1/4 tsp garam masala

1/4 tsp green chilli paste

1/4 tsp red chilli powder

Salt to taste

Recipe:

In a bowl mix all spices together and set aside.

Sprinkle 1 tsp of salt on the fish fillets and rub the salt on all sides of the fish fillets let leave aside for 10 min.

Now rinse both fish fillets out with fresh cold water 2 to 3 times.

Now rub the spices on the fish fillets on the top side. You can wrap the fish in foil twice to make it properly secure and freeze it at this stage and cook it when desire or leave it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.

When ready to cook, either just put whole foil in the oven dish and cook it for 45 min at 150 Celsius. If cooking directly from the freezer, cook for another 15 min more.

Ideally, serve with rice and dal soup or with any Indian bread.
