Makes 10-15
Ingredients :
250 gm Samolina
25 ml Ghee
110 ml Water
500 ml Oil for frying
250 Powdered Sugar
25 ml Ghee for binding
2 tsp Crushed Almond
1 tsp Cardamom Powder
15-20 Chopped Raisin

Recipe:
For the dough, in a large bowl, take semolina, add ghee. Now add water to make dough. Once the dough is ready, make small patty from the dough to fry them.
In a deep frying pan take oil to fry. Once the oil is fairly hot add semolina patty to fry them. Oil should not be too hot otherwise patty will turn brown without getting cooked from inside.
Once all patty are cooked, take them out on a paper town to drain excess oil. After cooking all patties, once they become bit cooler, break them in half and add to the food processor. With food processor, turn these patty into fine semolina again.
Once all patties are turn into semolina again, empty it in a large bowl, add sugar, cardamon powder, raisin and almond and mix everything well. Now add warm ghee and again mix everything well. Now, take small amount this mixture in hand and make a ball by squeezing the mixture in hand. Make rest of the laddu. Ready to eat.
