With just a bit of chopping, blending, and stirring, you can whip up this refreshing salsa in a matter of minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 small red onion
- Juice of 1 lime
- A pinch of salt
- 1 mango
- A small piece of finely chopped cucumber
- 1 not too ripen chopped avocado
- 1 tbsp each sweet chilli sauce
- A handful of freshly chopped coriander leaves and stalks
Recipe:
- Chop all ingredients in small bite sizes.
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, salt and sweet chilli sauce and finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Now mix this dressing in chopped fruit and veg. Mix well and ready to enjoy!
