Serves 2 people
Ingredients:
- 100 ml fat free yogurt
- 100 ml Canned mango pulp (from tin) or 2 ripen Indian mango such as kesar or alphanso
- 20 gm sugar
Recipe:
- If using fresh mango, take the skin off and cut them in small pieces and remove stone.
- Add mango pieces or pulp to yogurt blend them well. Add sugar to your taste. If you prefer lassi to be less thick, add some milk or little water.
