Mango Lassi

Serves 2 people

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml fat free yogurt
  • 100 ml Canned mango pulp (from tin) or 2 ripen Indian mango such as kesar or alphanso
  • 20 gm sugar

Recipe:

  • If using fresh mango, take the skin off and cut them in small pieces and remove stone.
  • Add mango pieces or pulp to yogurt blend them well. Add sugar to your taste. If you prefer lassi to be less thick, add some milk or little water.
