Ingredients
- 250 gm wheat flour
- 1 tbsp Samolina
- 50 ml oil
- 1 cup Fresh methi leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic and chilli paste
- 1 tsp Coriander and cumin powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- half lemon juice
- 100 ml water (??)

Method
- Mix everything well and make dough.
- dough should be like chappati dough.
- make puries and fry them.
