Ingredients:

  • 250 gm plain flour
  • 50 gm semolina
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 140 ml water

Recipe:

  • Take plain flour in a mixing bowl. Add semolina, baking powder, cooking soda, sugar and salt. Mix all ingredients well. Now add yogurt and by adding water make smooth dough.
  • Knead the dough in soft consistency. Cover it with damp cloth and allow to rest for 3-4 hours.
