Serves 4-6 people
Ingredients
- 40 gm sugar
- 80 gm pumpkin seed
- 1 tsp oil

Method
- In a non still sauce pan, take oil.
- Switch hob on and add sugar in the oil.
- Turn the heat on medium to low heat.
- Let the sugar melt and caramelise
- Once all sugar has melted, add pumpkin seeds,
- Mix the seed well for 1 to 2 minutes
- Turn the heat off.
- Keep mixing if some seeds still not mixed well with sugar.
- On a flat surface or in a baking tray, take a baking sheet or silicon sheet.
- Empty the pumpkin seed and sugar mixture on the baking sheet or silicon sheet.
- Flatten evenly all the mixture on the sheet.
- Let it cook down for about 5 minutes.
- Now gently move the baking sheet on the chopping board and cut them into desire size pieces.
- Or not.. you can just break them in the smaller pieces and enjoy!
