Serves 1 person
Ingredients:
- 200 ml Milk
- 150 gm Raspberries
- 1/2 tsp Raspberry Powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp sugar or 1/2 banana if Raspberries are not too sweet
Recipe:
- In a smoothie maker or blander add all the ingredients.
- bland it well for 3 to 4 minutes with breaks in between to avoid over heating the machine.
- Bland it till there are no bits of raspberry seeds.
- Pour in a large glass, if you have raspberry powder sprinkle it for decoration and enjoy!
