This is yet another recipe from my brother in law. I am yet to try myself. Thank you Jijaji!
Ingredients
- 50 gm Semolina
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 – 2 green chilli
- ¼ tsp salt or to taste
- 1 tbsp finely chopped pepper
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion and tomatoes
- 1 tsp finely chopped carrots
- 1 – 2 tbsp oil for shallow frying

Method
- In a bowl add all ingredients and mix them well.
- Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- Now dip one toast at a time in this batter and shallow fry on the frying pan.
- Let the toast cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Now flip the toast on other side and let it cook again for 1 to 2 minutes.
