Ingredients:
- 2 medium carrots
- 6 broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp lightly salted butter about 1 inch cube
Recipe:
- Wash and peel carrots and cut them in a about a cm diagonal slices.
- Take the broccoli florets in a bowl and add boiling water over it to cover all the florets to clean the broccoli.
- In a sauce pan, add water, butter, carrot slices and broccoli florets.
- Now cook them on very low heat for about 10 minutes or so until the veggies are cooked.
